1. Role of LOCAL2DAY

LOCAL2DAY operates as a direct booking technology network connecting visitors with independent cultural, musical, and culinary experience providers in Barcelona. LOCAL2DAY does not organize or sell package travel under EU Directive 2015/2302. All contracts for the provision of services are formed directly between the visitor and the local partner venue.

2. Payment and Box Office Settlement

Reservations made via LOCAL2DAY require 0% online prepayment. The customer agrees to pay 100% of the stated official door price directly to the venue at the reception or box office upon arrival.

3. Pass Validity & Cancellation

Each booking reference (`L2D-XXXXXXX`) is valid for the specified date and showtime. Visitors are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start. Customers may cancel without penalty by notifying the venue or our support team via email.

4. Affiliate Links & External Services

Certain supplementary perks (eSIM, luggage storage, museum tickets) are provided by third-party affiliate partners (Airalo, Bounce, Civitatis). These services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
